Doodling can make you feel alive :: Blog
Take a few minutes, yeap— right now,
Give yourself the space to look inward and process, well…… life.
Grab a piece of paper and something to write with.
Get quiet, feel your feet on the ground, soften your eyes.
Ask your Body what feeling or sensation it wants you to explore.
Invite that feeling to begin to move your Body, to allow that feeling some space (don't worry about making it better- just be present with where your Body is leading you).
Now while you are moving, invite some words to bubble up and write them down.
Then, ask your Body if this feeling had a movement, what would it be, and doodle that.
Stay curious with the turning, shifting sensations inside you, and how the external expression on the paper. Feel all that you are feeling.
The more you do this exercise, the more you build your intuition and learn to trust your inner guidance system.
