Feeling Off :: Soulscape

 

Generally, when you feel off, that means that an emotion is stuck in your body.

In five-element acupuncture, when something is stuck, it creates either emotional, physical, or mental illness.

So when you are feeling off —the best thing you can do is take 10-minutes to come inside your body—and feel.

Then once you pinpoint a significantly heightened sensation, put your pencil down on a piece of paper; draw what you are feeling.

You're not trying to fix the "bad" feeling.

You are just trying to move that that stuck energy.

And yes, get a bit freer!
