Continuing with our conversation on the 5 Ways to Keep your Body, Mind, and Heart unshakeable, we move to the next step — Redirect.

In the last blog, Step 1, you read about recognizing how a pattern is stopping you from staying calm and following your heart.

Step 2— Redirect, shares a simple way to get you out of your head and back into your Heart.

When you take back control of your energy and your heart:

  • Remember how to dream.

  • Get the twinkle back in your eyes.

  • You stay in control of what you are thinking.

  • Feel steady and calm

  • In short, to become UNSHAKABLE.

That's why we all need to find tools that help us stay in-our-power and although there are many different ways to get empowered. Over the next weeks I’ll be sharing with you how I stay calm and in-my-power.

Put your feet on the ground, take a breath in, then wiggle your toes.

Sounds simple, but honestly, it is one of the most powerful tools to come back to yourself.

Energy follows intention.

In other words, your twirly mind, freaked-out heart, and all the madness you take on — goes down to your toes and out of your body with your breath.

Once it leaves your body, all that Eeeek neutralizes. Plus, focusing your energy down and inside you helps bring you back INTO your body — so that you can be calm and steady again.
