Setting Intention- Calm or Turbulent

 

Sometimes your Head can create a story about why you are feeling— whether it's true or not. What's most important is to honor your feeling, not attached a story to those feelings. 

Setting a weekly intention will help you stay focus on living a heart-centered life. This week I invite you to honor all the feelings and sensations present in your body.

Being present with your feeling is the first step to following your Heart (not your Head).
