BrushHeart Workshops Cancellation Policy

All BrushHeart live Workshops offer a cancellation policy. We will happily refund 100% of your workshop fee or offer you a credit to transfer into another workshop if you need to cancel. If you must cancel your spot at within the 30 days prior to workshop time we cannot guarantee a refund, credit or a transfer. In case of a later cancellation, we will attempt to get your spot filled and refund your lodging fee (if applicable) but cannot guarantee it. You are welcome to gift the workshop to a friend if something comes up.

In person Training

The community in the long-term training is an integral part of the work. We ask that you commit to the entire time of the training. If you have a conflict, please talk to Damini to clarify your next step. 

Also, we understand that life can get in the way, and if paid in full, we will be happy to credit hold a credit towards future training. If you are making monthly paying, then any future payments will be canceled

Online painting workshops

You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the workshop start date. Your changes or cancellations made prior to 24 hours from the event will remain as credit on your online account. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are forfeited. Credited sessions must be used within one year of purchaseDownloadable and On-Line workshops

If you have completed the program: watched all the videos, work with the class content and honestly don’t feel that you received any value from the class. simply email me and your payment will be returned. To cancel a workshop, simply email me and let me know your intention.

Damini Celebre reserves the right to cancel any program for any reason. In this instance, fees paid in advance will be fully refunded. In addition, Damini Celebre reserves the right to cancel the participation of any person in the training at any time. In this case, fees are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
