For years, we have been taught that being Happy comes is an outside: by working long hours, striving, achieving, and being “successful.”
But really, happiness is all about Being — not being more.
But, Being YOU!

What does Being You look like?
The path to deep happiness presents itself the moment you begin to trust your internal wisdom and guidance.
I know, I know. This sounds a little woo-woo. But it’s really true.
Your inner you, that part of you can stand at a crossroad and KNOW in your bones which path to take. It’s that part of you that has the guidance— even before you have all the answers.
When you move through life from this inner guidance place, you will feel more connected with yourself and Happier.
About 8 years ago, my inner guidance asked me to write a book. Putting my thoughts and ideas out into the world brought up so much self-doubt — that I was almost frozen in fear. But I couldn’t say no because the Yes cells in my body was screaming “YES, do it!”
Today’s world has heads spinning, and you’re likely feeling stressed, burned out, and disconnected from yourself.
Your thinking mind is in the driver’s seat, and it’s interfering with your ability to get back into your heart’s truth.
This interference is why you spend your days doing and not being.
Why does this matter?
Your YES place is guided by your highest self (the you were born with) and is present in your life when your mind, body, heart, and soul are balanced and aligned.
When you are balance and aligned — you are grounded.
When you get grounded, you get clear.
When you’re clear, you find your YES.
When you’ve found your YES — and trust yourself enough to follow where it leads you — you are on your way to being your most authentic self.
This is what happened to me I stepped into my YES and finished my book. This process allowed to be centered and grounded and follow my heart.
When you are centered in your heart you awaken deep happiness.
“Do I want to awaken deep happiness?”, you might be asking.
Heck, yeah, you do!
Especially if you have been chasing after your next achievement to make you happy. Really, where’s the excitement and fulfillment in that?
Your YES-driven self, comes to the surface when your mind, body, heart, and soul establish connection and harmony.
It’s a much-needed alignment that allows you to stop wasting energy trying to be who you’re expected to be … and come into the You — you’re destined to be.
And it all starts with finding your YES!
I have countless stories of women that, when they came back to following their YES, had epiphanies that invited them to change careers, move to a new location, end a bad relationship and live the life they dreamed of living but were scared to try.
Happiness, deep happiness, begins when you trust your inner you.

Want to feel more Happy/Joy?
😃 Here are 3 ways to bring Joy/Happy (or as I call it Deep Happiness) into your life.
1. Create some space for yourself. Even though it's Summer and we are spending more time at home, chances are your alone time is non-existent. Create more alone-time for yourself to rest, meditate, journal, or dream. Doing this for 10-minutes or more a day can make you feel like a million bucks.
2. Be your own inner Guru. Stop looking outside yourself for the answers and look inside. When you get quiet, you can begin to listen to your inner guidance and follow your heart's YES.
3. Count your Blessings. During your 10-minute "Just-You time," Write down ten things that bring you joy. Then read over the list and invite gratitude to fill you up.
